Online Sales Policy

Mimi's Bridal is a full service, specialty store retailer with a brick & mortar location in Laurel, MS where customers shop daily. When you place an order on our website, we will treat you with the same care and respect that we extend to our in-store customers. As an on-line customer, be assured,

  • We will do everything possible to make sure your order is filled in a timely manner and that your shipment will arrive exactly when and how you  expected.
  • We will confirm that your item will arrive in time for you wear date and that you have ordered the correct size based on the designer's size chart.
  • We will extend a full credit to you if we ship the wrong size, color or style to you.
  • We wil issue a full credit, if, due to unforeseen circumstances, your item cannot be shipped in time for your wear date. We will inform you of this extremely rare occurence in a timely  manner.

No return or credit will be issued for online purchases for any other reason than those indicated above.

We cannot accept returns on dresses being shipped from our manufacturers. We must abide by our manufacturers' policies which do not allow for merchandise to be returned. The following in-stock and special order items are considered final sale: Wedding gowns, bridesmaid and junior bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, prom and special occasion dresses including mothers dresses. Veils, accessories, jewelry and shoes are also considered a final sale.

 

Pricing

 The pricing on our website reflects the manufacturers suggested retail price (MSRP). If you find a lower price on the exact dress, you can know for certain, that particular webiste is selling counterfeit goods of inferior quality. Our designers do not allow their products to be displayed on a website for a price lower than MSRP. We are diligent to keep our prices accurate, however, it is possible that there may be a price that is simply incorrect. Orders placed for items with inaccurate information or pricingwill not be honored regardless of confirmation or credit card charges. Should this occur, you will be notified immediately and given the option to purchase the item at the correct price or to receive a full refund. Under no circumstances will we honor a price that is incorrect as this is a breech of contract with our designers who do not allow their products to be sold for less than MSRP.

 

Damaged/Defective Merchandise

All merchandise that leaves Mimi's Bridal is brand new and closely inspected. If you feel your merchandise is damaged or defective, you should contact us at sales@mimisbrialandprom.com within 24 hours of receiptto obtain a return authorization. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Our staff will re-inspect the item to ensure that is in in perfect, new, never worn condition with no stains, soils or offensive odors.

 

If found to be defective, we will contact the manufacturer for a repair or replacement. If time does not allow for the corrected item to be delivered before your wear date, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs.

 

If we find the merchandise is not defective or has been misused, the item will be shipped back to you. You will not be reimbursed for any purchase or shipping cost and you will be charged for return shipping. Mimi's Bridal will not be held responsible for any damages made to the garment after it has been received such as broken zippers, beads fallling off due to excessive handling, fabric pulls, etc.
